OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

 

Providing key role in the management, administration and implementation of the following functions:

  • Education Support
  • General Office
  • School Operations
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Events Management
  • Grants Management
  • Building Infrastructure
  • Technical Support
  • Asset Management
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Principal

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related courses
  • Strong organizational skills, keen to details and can work with minimum supervision
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Team player, flexible and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work in a fast pace, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Has experience in a school environment will be an advantage
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only


SENIOR FINANCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Finance and Admin Team in Eden School
  • Streamline work processes and develop SOPs
  • Manage the corporate communication with school’s major stakeholders
  • Oversee the entire Finance and Admin functions in school

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Accountancy
  • 3 Years of Finance and Admin experience
  • Has experience in a school environment will be an advantage
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only



OPERATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistic support for school events
  • Maintain school facilities and upkeep the premises
  • Provide operational support for school activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels or NITEC II
  • At least 1 year experience in facilities and/or maintenance work
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only


AUTISM THERAPIST

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment
    • Conduct Intake Assessment for students applying to Eden School
    • Conduct Representation Assessment
    • Conduct Vocational Assessment
    • Conduct Behavioural Assessment
    • Conduct External Transitional Assessment
    • High Needs Grants Assessment

  • Coaching
    • Supervision in 5 features / discrete trial teaching / Visual Teaching
    • Coaching new teachers in foundational competencies
    • Implement behaviour plans with teachers

  • Behaviour Management
    • Attends to crisis hotline for behaviour issues
    • Crafts Individual Behaviour Plans for students

  • Monitoring
    • Coordinates student's behaviour management cases and follow up of behaviour plans

  • Project Development
    • Development of ASD supports

  • Training
    • Participate in autism-related training
    • Participate in Parent Communication Night sharing

Requirements:

  • A degree (preferably 2nd upper honours) in Psychology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Desire to learn about Autism and the patience to teach special needs students
  • Passion to help special needs students maximize their talents and potential
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only


PE TEACHER

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality education services to students with autism so that each child is developed to the best of his potential in life skills
  • Plan and deliver effective differentiated Physical Education lessons to cater to different needs of the students
  • Be actively involved in Co-Curricular and Committee duties as assigned by the school
  • All other duties as assigned by the school management

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree from a recognized educational institution (preferred Physical Education)
  • 1 Year of relevant work experience
  • Teaching or Nursing experience is an advantage
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only


TEACHER AIDE (PART TIME)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teacher in the class to work with the students
  • Assist the teacher to set up the resources and physical arrangements in the class
  • Assist the teacher to prepare resources for teaching and learning
  • Assist the teacher when they bring the students out of school for their off-site activities
  • Assist the teachers in charge of special rooms to prepare resources for teaching resources and learning, set up the resources and physical arrangements in the room
  • All other duties as assigned by the school management

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Level
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Teaching or Nursing experience is an advantage
  • Available for Morning or Afternoon Session
  • This position is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
