TEACHERS
Possess a Diploma or Degree from a recognized educational institution, or Diploma in Autism, Education or Special
Education, preferably with relevant experience in teaching special needs students
You will be responsible for
- Developing a differentiated curriculum combining functional academics, life skills and vocational skills
- Delivering lessons using a combination of methodology that is pupil-focused, fun and autism-friendly
- Creating a structured environment for meaningful learning
- Implementing and monitoring progress of students’ Individual Education Plan goals
- Collaborating effectively with parents to generalize skills learnt in school
ASSISTANT TEACHERS
Possess a Degree or Diploma with relevant experience in teaching or tutoring children in a group or individual
setting. Degree or Diploma holders with no teaching experience will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
You will support the teachers or senior staff in
- Delivering effective differentiated teaching of life skills and functional academics
- Developing and preparing learning tools including computer-generated content
- Implementing and monitoring progress of students’ Individual Education Plan goals
- Collaborating effectively with parents to generalize skills learnt in school
IT CUM FACILITIES EXECUTIVE
Possess a minimum diploma in IT or IT related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
You will be responsible for
- Setting up the IT infrastructure and networking facilities in the school
- Maintaining and upgrading all computer hardware and systems when necessary
- Interacting with staff at all levels to resolve IT-related issues
- Maintaining school facilities
- Building and maintaining vendor relationships and handle the calling of quotations for hardware and software products
- Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors
- Coordinating and overseeing all logistics requirements for school physical infrastructure and school events
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT CUM RECEPTIONIST
Possess at least a recognized Diploma qualification and is proficient in MS Office applications, have a pleasant personality, good oral and written communication skills and enjoy working with people.
You will be responsible for
- Attending to phone calls and general phone and email enquiries
- Supporting the school management in administrative duties
- Overseeing monthly submissions to MOE, NCSS and other relevant authorities
- Maintaining supplies and sales of office stationery and school uniforms
- Creating new staff and student files
- Updating office forms and processes
