TEACHERS

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree from a recognized educational institution, or Diploma in Autism,

    Education or Special Education, preferably with relevant experience in teaching special needs students


  • You will be responsible for
    • Developing a differentiated curriculum combining functional academics, life skills and vocational skills
    • Delivering lessons using a combination of methodology that is pupil-focused, fun and autism-friendly
    • Creating a structured environment for meaningful learning
    • Implementing and monitoring progress of students’ Individual Education Plan goals
    • Collaborating effectively with parents to generalize skills learnt in school


ASSISTANT TEACHERS

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma with relevant experience in teaching or tutoring children in a group or individual setting.  Degree or Diploma holders with no teaching experience will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • You will be responsible for
      • Delivering effective differentiated teaching of life skills and functional academics
      • Developing and preparing learning tools including computer-generated content
      • Implementing and monitoring progress of students’ Individual Education Plan goals
      • Collaborating effectively with parents to generalize skills learnt in school


PASTRY CHEF

  • Possess at least Diploma in Pastry & Baking or its equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience
  • You will be responsible for (not limited to)
      • Take charge of the planning and scheduling of the baking and student coaching
      • Replenish raw material supplies and perform basic finance accounting function
      • Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to supply pastries
      • Ensure kitchen consistently meets safety and hygiene standards set
      • Lesson planning and coaching of specific baking skills for students to
      • attain ITE Skills Certificate in Baking

      • Assessment of baking skills for students according to ITE standards and requirements
      • Work with Job Coach Coordinator and Unite Head to identify and train students
      • Ensure that autism-friendly features are put in place in teaching


F&B EXECUTIVE / JOB COACH

  • Possess at least Degree or Diploma with at least 3 years of F&B experience
  • You will be responsible for
    • Plan monthly and daily operations including menu, work schedule
    • Order or purchase the consumables from suppliers
    • Ensure adequate stock of essential utensils, consumables
    • Coach at least 1 student at any one time
    • Serve at counter if required
    • Close cash register and bank in cash with General Office daily
    • Ensure stall securely closed with relevant electrical appliances switched off
    • Ensure proficiency of students at the job including maintaining good service standards
    • Plan for future expansion of job scope for students
    • Plan and document according to templates given – schemes of work for competencies targeted, lessons plans and pre/post-assessments for trainees who are coached


ADMINSTRATION MANAGER

  • Possess a General Degree or graduate qualifications in Human Resource and Financial Management with some years of relevant work experience in administration work, human resource and financial management
  • You will be responsible for
    • Overseeing all administrative, HR and Finance functions in the General Office
    • Overseeing a team of dedicated administrative staff
    • Designing and implementing a Total Learning Plan for all teaching and non-teaching staff in the school
    • Reviewing all SOPs relating to admin, finance and HR
    • Ensuring a responsive and informed customer-centric Admin Centre

IT EXECUTIVE

  • Possess a minimum diploma in IT or IT related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • You will be responsible for
    • Setting up the IT infrastructure and networking facilities in the school
    • Maintaining and upgrading all computer hardware and systems when necessary
    • Interacting with staff at all levels to resolve IT-related issues
    • Building and maintaining vendor relationships and handle the calling of quotations for hardware and software products
    • Coordinating and supervising the work of IT contractors
    • Coordinating and overseeing all PA equipment, sound systems, projectors, visualizers and related equipment

RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

  • Possess at least a minimum qualification GCE ‘O’ Level and is proficient in MS Office applications, have a pleasant personality, good oral and written communication skills and enjoy working with people. 
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment. To multi-task and work independently as well as a team player;
  • You will be responsible for
    • Attending to general line, phone calls and walk in enquiries
    • Maintaining reception area
    • Supporting the school management in administrative duties (Paper work, filing, copying, printing etc)
    • Maintain record and documentation and data entry
    • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

SCHOOL ATTENDANT

  • Possess at least a Primary School Leaving Certificate, is mature and conversant in English and a Mother Tongue. Male applicants preferred.
  • You will be responsible for
    • Daily cleaning, sweeping and mopping of assigned internal and external areas in the school
    • Simple gardening
    • Assist with simple school facilities
