TEACHERS
Responsibilities:
- Developing a differentiated curriculum combining functional academics, life skills and vocational skills
- Delivering lessons using a combination of methodology that is pupil-focused, fun and autism-friendly
- Creating a structured environment for meaningful learning
- Implementing and monitoring progress of students’ Individual Education Plan goals
- Collaborating effectively with parents to generalize skills learnt in school
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree from a recognized educational institution; or Diploma in Autism, Education or Special Education
- Relevant experience in teaching special needs students will be an advantage
SENIOR ADMIN & FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Finance and Admin Team in Eden School
- Streamline work processes and develop SOPs
- Manage the corporate communication with school’s major stakeholders
- Oversee the entire Finance and Admin functions in school
Requirements:
- A Degree in Accountancy
- 3 Years of Finance and Admin experience
- Has experience in a school environment will be an advantage
CASE OFFICER (TRANSITION OFFICER)
Responsibilities:
- Counselling, conduct house visits, case management and referral to supporting agencies
- Develop and manage support groups
- Assist to manage the assistance schemes (financial & others)
- Assist to manage the transition and referral of graduating students
Requirements:
- A Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling
- 1 Year of social work or related experience
OPERATIONS OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistic support for school events
- Maintain school facilities and upkeep the premises
- Provide operational support for school activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels or NITEC II
- At least 1 year experience in facilities and/or maintenance work
