Outing To Jurong Bird Park

20 families from Eden School were invited by Rotary Club of Suntec City to an outing to Jurong Bird Park as part of a Children’s Day Celebration initiative. The families were assigned to 3 colour groups and came dressed in the assigned colour.

The children were very excited when they approached the Bird Park.  There, the family had a leisurely stroll to the Flamingo Pool, World of Darkness, Lory Loft, and even passed by a ‘Dino dig’ where some of our students pretended to be archaeologists!

Thereafter, they proceeded to the POOLS AMPHITHEATRE for a Birds and Buddies Show. The students were enthralled by the birds, as they zoomed past narrowly above their heads.

Lunch was at the Songbird Terrace which overlooked the Flamingo Lake. Families then on continued on to visit the other exhibits. It was definitely a fun-filled and educational journey for  our students and their families on a beautiful Saturday morning.
